I don’t worship him or anything I just want to share this creepy news.

OK. We have to read a book for school. I chose hammer of the gods, the Led Zeppelin saga by Stephen Davis. And At the beginning in the overture, the last paragraph at the end just before chapter one, it states that some people sat down to play the record backwards of stairway to heaven because priests were complaining  that it had satanic messages when played backwards.

You won’t really get the lyrics until I tell you this first. Before that last paragraph, still in the overture, the author spoke of a rumor many people believed about The Led Zeppelin band. That they had sold their souls to Satan in exchange for fame and fortune. Which is believable, they did become famous so fast. But as the rumor goes … one member did not sign their name in blood. They refused. They were an exile to the band during its glory. But in the end they survived.

So what did these people discover? Many know now these backwards lyrics.

Oh here’s to my sweet Satan.

The one whose little path would make me sad, whose power is Satan.

He will give those with him 666.

There was a little tool shed where he made us suffer, sad Satan.

And in the actual song you can find the lyrics: Words can have two meanings.

Which is so true. The question I asked myself then was, so did Led Zeppelin purposely embed these lyrics into their song?  Or was it Satan himself? Did they really sell their souls to the devil?
